Gold Coast Salad Yield: 6 Servings
Ingredients & Measure
  Lettuce Leaves  
  Shrimp, cooked, peeled, deveined  1 lb.
  Florida Oranges, peeled, sliced  2
  Florida Grapefruit, peeled, sliced  1
  Medium tomatoes, cut in wedges  2
  Red bell pepper, seeded, sliced  1
  Avocado, peeled, cut in wedges  1
  Sliced celery  1/2 cups
  Orange Marmalade  3 tbsp.
  Pitted black olives  1/2 cups
  Sliced celery  1/2 cups


Method

Arrange lettuce leaves on a serving plate. Arrange remaining ingredients on lettuce. Serve with Gold Coast Salad Dressing from our Country Market.
