Turkey Salad

Turkey Salad Yield: 4-6 Servings
Ingredients & Measure
  Cooked Turkey (diced)  3 cups
  Florida Grapefruit segments (diced  1 cup
  Florida Celery (diced)  1/2 cup
  Florida Scallions (sliced  1/4 cup
  Florida Red Bell Pepper (diced)  1/4 cup
  Pecans (chopped)  1/4 cup
  Fresh Tarragon (chopped)  1 tbsp.
  Fresh Parsley (chopped)  2 tbsp.s
  Mayonnaise  1/3 cup
  Mixed Florida Salad Greens  1/2 lbs.
  Salt and Ground White Pepper (to taste)  As Needed


Method

Combine all ingredients and chill; Serve on a bed of Florida salad greens.
